Teams don't
lose decisions.
They lose
the reasons.

Memora lives in Slack. It records what a team decided and why. When someone asks later, it answers with sources and says how sure it is.

From a thread.
To a memory.

Slack is where it starts.

Memora connects the context.

A conversation becomes a decision the next team can find.

Slack → Drive → Memory

Institutional memory is
a handover problem.

Student clubs turn over their entire executive every year. Organizations lose context every time someone leaves. The decisions survive in a thread nobody can find; the reasoning behind them does not survive at all.

The thread is not the record

Slack is where teams make decisions, and the worst place to keep them. A decision reached across forty messages leaves nothing to point at, just a scroll position that's gone once the channel moves on. Six months later the team argues the same question again.

Write the decision down, once

Someone runs /decide when the team agrees, and Memora stores the decision with its reasons. It never guesses decisions from chatter, so there's exactly one answer to point at.

Answers carry their sources

Every answer cites where it came from and says how confident it is. We wanted an agent that's allowed to say it isn't sure, because that's the only kind a team will trust.

Documents drift apart

The same budget ends up in a spreadsheet, a proposal and a handover doc, and the numbers drift apart. Memora reads the team's Google Drive and flags the mismatch for someone to review, before an audit finds it.

Three verbs,
one memory.

Everything happens through three slash commands. There's nothing to set up and no second app to open.

/decide

Record a decision

Save a decision when it's made, with the reasons attached. Later questions get answered from it.

/ask

Ask in plain language

Ask the way you'd ask a teammate. The answer comes with citations and a confidence level, High, Medium or Low, and Low is allowed.

What did we settle on for sponsorship?

Tier B, $2,400 · 2 sources · High confidence

/reconcile-run

Find numbers that disagree

Checks connected documents for figures that no longer match and posts each one as a proposal. Nothing changes until someone approves it.

Compare the connected documents

1 discrepancy · budget.xlsx ≠ handover.doc

See it run.

The demo runs the whole loop. A decision gets recorded, then recalled with sources, and a budget mismatch gets caught across two documents.
